On Sunday, September 8th, hundreds of SU students took over Skytop Field on South Campus for the first ever Juice Jam Music Festival. Juice Jam is held every September to kick off the new semester, but for the first time in school history, University Union, the Official Programming Board of Syracuse University, organized Juice Jam in a festival format. This year’s Juice Jam Music Festival featured: Kendrick Lamar, Nicky Romero, The Neighbourhood, Robert DeLong, Ab-Soul, and Smallpools. There was tons of energy at Juice Jam Music Festival from the variety of music genres being featured, and many activities going on throughout the day on Skytop Field. The festival was a reminder to all students about the great times that have yet to come in their years here at Syracuse University. Juice Jam has featured many artists in years past, such as The Dean’s List, Childish Gambino, Calvin Harris, B.oB, Chiddy Bang, and Avicii.
